A hands-on role for a tradesperson who takes pride in premium work and thrives across every stage of boat construction. Fibreglass experience preferred: strong composite, marine, automotive, caravan or similar trade backgrounds are warmly encouraged to apply.
The Work
Composites & Moulding
Fibreglass laminating, moulding, and advanced dry-stack / resin processes.
Assembly & Fit-Out
Preparing, assembling and precision-fitting premium boat components.
Finishing
Grinding, trimming, sanding, polishing and expert gelcoat repairs.
Team Operations
Reading plans, using precision tools, and meeting elite production schedules.
Who are we after?
Skilled
Experienced in hand-laid, gun-laid or dry-stack processes.
Versatile
Multiskilled and ready to assist across every area of production.
