Description
Five Short Blasts, a 2019 Perth Festival performance, required 11 light vessels for 6 passengers each (inc. skipper). The commission included outboard engines, water safety equipment and audio speakers in the bow and stern. Survey compliant to Class 2D/2E, the vessels were completely custom built to specification by the Shockwave team; and now we offer the model to more customers.

Their brief was to provide 11 light craft with in-built speakers for the Perth Festival- commissioned performance series Five Short Blasts.
The team made rapid progress and the process was very smooth from brief to quote negotiation, terms and conditions, and purchase orders. Our Festival production team felt very confident throughout, thanks to regular progress calls and immediate alerts if something could potentially affect schedules.
